While you’re looking for that document, I thought some people on the list might be interested in the NL Domain Registry System document, which I found while poking around for more information. [1]
Incidentally, I think the ‘Duane’ Nigel mentioned in his original post is Duane Wessels. [2] I have copied him on my response, in the hopes that he would answer some of Nigel’s questions. [3]
