Note that NL was delegated 10 years before the registry (and web.archive.org) were created.

I found the the toolkit. it was compiled by Doug Kingston, while
on sabbatical at the cwi. It is a shell archive of 1300 lines and
seems to incorporate and the RFC 920, some examples and the template
John Gilmore used.

I'm not sure whther it is worth posting.
