[ih] Internet sounds

There are sound effects libraries that studios use for TV and movie
productions: farm noises, NYC street sounds, airports, subways, etc.

So someone can probably make a (fairly small) amount of money putting all
these sounds together and selling it as a library. If it hasn't been done
already.
