[Chapter-delegates] Clarification from ISoc Bangalore Chapter regarding the Ex-core member Concerns

Thanks for clarification and let this matter rest now. Basically it was
wrong for Mr. Sheikh to share his concerns/grievances in this list. This is
not ISOC Bangaluru List. I intertwined by offering advice because of
fraternity we share as ISOCers.
