But he chose to resign from his position without having any discussion with me ( President, ISOC Bengaluru Chapter) or the leadership team as well as did not seek any inputs from the board. We acknowledge and accept his resignation as his approach towards the concerns raised by him is unacceptable to all the core members and against the bylaws of the chapter.</span></span>
