[Chapter-delegates] Chapter Formation in Iraq

Dear All,
I fully support the establishment of the new chapter in Iraq with one
concern that needs to be addressed - the name of the chapter need to be
Internet Society Iraq Chapter not "Al-Reada Wal-Izdehar Organization for
Sustainable Development | منظمة الريادة والازدهار للتنمية المستدامة"
