In the meantime, i have received a "replacement" ballot from Rama, but it seems
to contain only the option to vote on question 1 (Mailing List), there is no
option to vote on question 2 (Joly / ISOC LIVE). I have emailed Rama back about
this.
I would recommend that ChAC representatives carefully check their ballots
(particularly "replacement" ballots) to see if they can vote on question 2.
Otherwise, inability to vote on question 2 counts as a "no" vote.
Given all the above problems, i would still recommend re-doing the process, in
order to remove any doubts as to the validity of the results.
