[Chapter-delegates] Important Updates on Email and Chatter Group Functionality in Fonteva - Your Feedback Matters!

Thanks, Andre.
I noticed that once in the Chapter Dashboard, it doesn't say anywhere 
which is the chapter.
I also seem not to be able to add chapter officers, and there are only 
four left. Is that a limit of some kind?
When sending emails to the chapters members - is there an option to 
choose a different language for the subject line (outside of the several 
languages you can choose from the blue box at the bottom of the screen)?
