[Chapter-delegates] What is the purpose of the petition process? (Re: Petition filed by Caleb Ogundele to be added to Election Slate)

Dear Roland,
Thanks for your opinion.
It would be great to have a fundamental submission on what you think is
best suited for any or all of this situations.
What do you advise? The likelihood of considering your thoughts is
dependent on preponderance of other opinion that would pave a way for an
adoptable approach.
We are all looking out for the growth and development of Internet
Governance Issues.
