I am not proposing that a change be made at this time. Certainly the 
next time the election process is reviewed it might be worth reviewing 
the naming of the phases and, in particular, call the phase where 
members can nominate candidates the nomination phase, but I'd suggest 
that it's a pretty minor annoyance in the scheme of things.
