The BoT as a collective might be inclined to be careful not to exclude
anyone from being a Trustee, but sometimes certain personal dynamics might
operate in the BoT which might allow one or two interested Trustees to game
the provisions to perempt one or more eligible candidates from being
considered eligible. A theoretical possibility ? Or probable ?
