Hi, everyone!
Elizabeth,
Thanks for letting the chapters know, and ask us for comments! That's a
good positive step by ISOC, and the topic is important enough, so I hope
chapters will spend time reading your draft and commenting on it.

For those of you, my fellow chapter delegates, who are not familiar with
the UN, you may want to take a look at a paper I wrote about the
different UN cyber-related processes, which can be downloaded from this
