[Chapter-delegates] Translated versions of the Draft Affiliation Agreement now available - Last call for feedback

hi Carlos,

Many thanks for your email. I am sorry if I was not clear. The main  
piece of work requested is to review the *content* of the agreement.   
At the same time, if there are errors in the grammar, I would be  
delighted to have volunteers to review and improve the document, but  
this is *not* a must.  This is not a final document - it is a draft,  
so at this stage, my main goal is that it is understandable.     
However any suggestions to improve the grammar would be gratefully  
received at <chapter-support at isoc.org>.
