Yes, it is a misunderstanding. you have asked if there are any volunteers
and you have asked again in another email in the same thread.

On the thread ISOC Election Results, just as Chris Grundemann <
cgrundemann at coisoc.org> suggested  that we can al put our heads together and
form one project team to make this happen.
and I responded by saying we should consittue one, which would give a formal
shape to all these discussions, I found your message that said we already
formed one, there are four members, I was a bit surprised.

This is a misunderstanding, I am sorry.
