[Chapter-delegates] INET meetings - Global INET 2011 and beyond

I think it is misunderstanding.

Please, follow the discussion, namely me asking couple of times volunteers.
We are not talking "quietly". We are actually trying to do something off the
list, and come to all of you with some ideas. You didn't say you wanted to
help, so you are not there. Even now I don't understand - are you interested
to participate, or you are just thinking we are doing something behind your
back... If you want to participate, send me an email off list which e-mail
address I should subscribe.

All communication have been on the mailing list, including the people who
responded.
