I think it is misunderstanding. <br><br>Please, follow the discussion,
namely me asking couple of times volunteers. We are not talking
"quietly". We are actually trying to do something off the list, and
come to all of you with some ideas. You didn't say you wanted to help,
so you are not there. Even now I don't understand - are you interested
to participate, or you are just thinking we are doing something behind
your back... If you want to participate, send me an email off list
which e-mail address I should subscribe.<br>

I have written messages on this topic both on this thread and disussed
INET more elaborately at the thread ISOC Election Results and have even
suggested that we organize INET in India. Is there any particular
reason for this group to have been quietly formed with just the four of
you ?  This is a major event and I would very much like to be on
the thread.<br>
