Forwarded for Barbara. I would also like to add that PRTN 268 is a simulation study by Zaw-Sing Su of the Ft. Bragg packet radio testbed described in the advanced technology testbed paper authored by Mike Frankel that I posted some time ago. The simulation study also includes some correspondence between Zaw-Sing and MF. Some of those PRTNs, such as PRTN 292 (Radia Perlman’s “Flying Packet Radios and Network Partitions") became IENs (IEN 146 in this case).

> I was having a side discussion with Greg Skinner and he found a document that is an index of the PRTNs (Packet Radio Temporary Notes). Packet Radio and SURAN had its own set of documents. Since I think the gateway was originally part of the packet radio station, I thought people might like to see the list. A few look directly related to the Internet, including a couple by Vint and one by Danny Cohen. I haven't tried yet to see if the DTIC website also has the Internet documents. The PRTN number might help you find them.
