There are some tapes from SRI-NIC:

But it's just binaries and source code for programs, no email archives
or the like.  I believe there are tapes from SRI-ARC as well, but not
available to the public.

As Joe noted, ISI has been particularly industrious in eradicating
their own historical materials.
