I am wondering if anyone knows anything about UPRs (Upgraded Packet Radios?). I thought I had worked with all the different generations (EPRs, IPRs,  VPRs, and LPRs) until I heard that about the UPR fairly recently.  I think I understand  now why I didn't know about it.    It had TRANSEC features.  I think it was released after the EPR.  Anybody can let me know whether this information is correct?
