Probably not. The only advantagea I can see of putting data centers
underwater are that you get cooling for free and I suppose it might be
easier to get offshore seabed rights than warehouse space in some
cities.
It's not a good way to hide stuff since the heat plumes would be
totally obvious to infrared satellites.
