I'd advance that by several years. Both had graduated from "in development" to
"really useful" by the mid-70's. Unix by '74 or so; for the ARPANET, I'm not
quite sure (I didn't start using it until '77, and it was definitely
functional at that point) - I'll leave that to others to judge.
