[ih] ARPANET traffic statistics

Someone raised the issue of ARPAnet traffic having a large intra-site (a host exchanging traffic with other Hosts connected to the same IMP) component and wondered about statistics.  There are a series of RFCs titled "Traffic Statistics" covering the period August 1972 through December 1973 which provide this information.
