Ivan, I am creating a repository of technical histories of various
network architectures, including the origin of tcp and ip. Also,
I have put online a few of the original documents as well. (Most
of the design effort was documented as IENs, along with some memos,
and INWG documents.) I call my project THINK Protocols (Technical Histories
of the Internet and NetworK Protocols).

At this point, I can only point you to the original docs that are online,
courtesy of ACM SIGCOMM's funding, but check back with me in a few months
for some of my group's collection and writings. I will announce it to
the list when appropriate.

Thanks, Chris
