Hi everyone
I can understand that somebody ask to maintain their name of affiliation private but can not understand what any contribution has to be private? Does it make any sense or did I miss something?
So we have no chance to know what others are saying and about what? Maybe we are talking about something that already has a proposal or miss some thread or issue that other identify.. and maybe finally we find a content that nobody knows who suggests and we must accept without any rationale?
I must insist this does not sound transparent at all to me. And of course this is not a personal claim to anybody but facts.

> What has been said in yesterday's full ChAC call is that those who submitted contributions in the first round of the consultation were not asked to consent to having their input shared more broadly. This is why we (ChAC Steering Committee and ISOC staff) cannot share the detailed inputs received with everyone.
>
> However, anyone who wishes to share on this list what they submitted to the first round of consultation is of course entirely free to do so. The ChAC SC will try to keep track of new feedback submitted across this channel, although this may be difficult if too many new ideas arise.
>
> In any case, if there’s new feedback we encourage people to submit that through the next round of consultations - which will include additional formats (beyond the form) for those who feel more comfortable with contributing that way.
>
> In addition, as also mentioned yesterday during the ChAC call, the next round of feedback will allow people to check a box if they wish to have their feedback shared more broadly.
>
> A final note: all ChAC representatives are also subscribed to this chapter-delegates list, so there’s nothing that hinders them from posting to this list.

>> So in the context of creating a broader discussion I will start with the 3 changes I submitted specifically not addressed by the proposed changes but rather on analysis of the current proposed charter agreement as listed above:
>>
>> a. Paragraph 1 states "Establish a not-for-profit (or similar) entity within the Territory" - yet the word territory remains undefined. Can territories overlap? Can a single building in a city with 40 apartments be called a territory?
>> b. In section 3 it states "Developing, maintaining, and adhering to articles of association, bylaws, or equivalent governing documents," but there is no requirement to make these documents public. ISOC encourages transparency yet there is no indication in the revised charter to require transparency via making all of those documents publicly available.
>> c. In section B.1.b the term "Good Standing" remains undefined
>>
>> Looking forward to hearing what others submitted and to have an open discussion on all the proposed amendments.

>>> Dear Hank
>>>
>>> Thank you for your valuable feedback on the consultation.
>>>
>>> As Christine already expressed in a previous message to this list, we will now, based on the feedback received so far, work on the next iteration of the draft Chapter Charter Agreement. Once this is ready, the proposed text will then go through another, final, round of community consultation. This will allow all chapters that would like to provide additional input to do so.
>>>
>>> As the feedback form for the current consultation did not ask contributors to consent to their individual responses being shared publicly, there is no plan to publish individual submissions in this round. We regret that there was no such provision. In the next consultation round, there will be a clear option for chapters to indicate whether their feedback may be shared publicly or attributed.
>>>
>>> Although individual submissions in this first round will not be shared publicly, a summary of the main themes raised through the consultation will be shared in turn, along with an explanation on how those themes were considered in the next iteration of the Chapter Charter Agreement revision.
>>>
>>> Best,
