[Chapter-delegates] Final Call for Input on the Chapter Charter Agreement (Deadline: 15 September)

I agree with you, Veni. There are many obligations expected of volunteers,
and a number of these may be difficult to fulfill successfully in many
parts of the world.
For example, Section A.5.a (Page 3) proposes that chapters demonstrate *"active
member engagement beyond their leadership, operate with transparent
governance, and actively seek diversified local funding streams."*
However, in regions where ISOC is unable to provide funding to chapters due
to local regulatory constraints, how can ISOC demand chapters to pursue
diversified local funding streams?
It would be beneficial to organize multiple online feedback sessions as
well, providing chapters with an opportunity to discuss the proposed
changes and share their perspectives before any decisions are finalized.
