[Chapter-delegates] Sad news

Dear colleagues,
Internet Society’s old friend, Stefano Trumpy, has passed away. He was an
active ISOC member, a good friend of ISOC - Bulgaria, and is considered as
one of the fathers of the Italian Internet. Many of our chapters might knew
him.

My sincere condolences to his family and close ones. Let his memory be a
blessing…
