[Chapter-delegates] Sad news

[Alphonce Odhiambo]

This is  so sad!

His passing is a great loss to the Internet Society community and to
everyone who has benefited from his vision and leadership. His work in
shaping the early Internet was truly foundational, and his dedication to an
open, secure, and inclusive Internet will continue to inspire us all.

We join you in extending our deepest condolences to his family, friends,
and all who had the privilege of working alongside him. May his legacy of
service and innovation live on.
