Dear Chapter Leaders,

I am *Eng. Hassia Bohari*, a proud *ISOC Member for the past 8 years*,
*Co-Founder*, and the current *President of the ISOC Niger Chapter*.

I am running for the *Chapters Advisory Council Steering Committee
(ChAC-SC)* because I am deeply committed to advancing ISOC’s mission of an
open, globally connected, secure, and trustworthy Internet for all. My
experience leading one of Africa’s most active chapters has given me a
strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities our communities
face — especially in bridging the digital divide across rural and
underserved areas.

If elected, I will contribute by:

· *Advising* on strategies to expand Internet access where it is
most needed;

· *Promoting digital inclusion* and the safe use of Internet
technologies;

· *Empowering chapters* to build more connected, resilient, and
impactful communities.

I believe that together, we can strengthen collaboration among chapters and
ensure that by *the end of 2026*, the Council achieves its commitments to
inclusion, growth, and sustainability across all regions.

Your support and vote will help us continue building a stronger, more
inclusive Internet Society.

*Yours sincerely,*
*Eng. Hassia Bohari*
President, ISOC Niger Chapter
