Dear Chapter Leaders,

I’m *Safidinirina Razafiarison*, a proud *young member, *and former *President
*of *ISOC Madagascar*, and I’m running for the *Chapter Advisory Council
(ChAC) Steering Committee*.

I’ve been actively involved with *ISOC Madagascar since 2020*, starting as
a *volunteer *and later became *President of ISOC Madagascar *leading
several national projects supported by the *ISOC Foundation*.

We’ve reached *over 1,500 Malagasy youth*, empowering them through
technology, training, awareness, inclusion and connecting them through
digital literacy, cybersecurity, and community initiatives. What drives me
most is *creating bridges* between youth, experts, and global changemakers.

Having lived and studied in *Madagascar, India, and South Korea*, I’ve seen
how people from completely different cultures can share the same dream to
use the Internet as a tool for connection and progress. These experiences
taught me that when we combine *local passion with global collaboration*,
we can create impact that truly transcends borders. I believe that the same
spirit of openness and innovation should guide our ISOC community moving
forward.
💡 *My Motivation*

I’m standing for the ChAC Steering Committee because I want to *bring the
youth perspective to the heart of ISOC’s global strategy*; to make sure
that *our generation not only participates, but helps lead* the change.

I want to continue connecting chapters, amplifying local voices, and
ensuring that every idea, big or small, has a chance to grow and inspire
others.
🌍 *Vision for 2026*

By 2026, I see a chapter network that believes in the *power of* its *young
members, *not just as participants, but as *innovators *and *leaders *shaping
real solutions.

I want to help create *bridges between generations, *where mentorship meets
fresh ideas, and where *every young person, *from a big city to a remote
village, *feels seen, supported, *and *inspired to lead. *

Together, we can make ISOC a community where voices of all ages and
backgrounds unite to shape a safer, fairer digital future.


Because *every click can change a life*, let’s make the Internet a force
for connection, equality, and opportunity; for all, and especially for the
next generation.
