[Chapter-delegates] Resignation from the Position of Vice President

Dear Sheikh,

I do understand leadership challenges and as Raymond, Alphonce and others
highlighted, resigning wouldn't be a good idea.

I recommend you reach out to your team, find out why they didn't add you to
the InSIG team or how you could help. And going forward, ask how you can
help, and possibly being proactive on some activities would be helpful.

Otherwise, reconsider your decision.
