[Chapter-delegates] Resignation from the Position of Vice President

Is there any dispute resolution method that the chapter provides or has in
place ? I think you should reconsider quitting. Leaders stay and solve
issues before resigning. Your constitution should guide on what to do
during dispute resolution.
Take this as a learning step.
