Dear Veni,

I agree with your point but not every decision has to take a "corporate
America strategic" route! That is why ISOC is not a company. It is a
charity. There can be a community program or activity that does not make
sense when subjected to "Is this thing delivering? So in this case you may
need a wide consultation and get a stroke of genius somewhere in the
community.
