[Chapter-delegates] IMPORTANT: vote from Chapter Advisory Council - please make sure you vote!

I recommend that the ChAC-SC group take proactive steps to ensure all
members have received their ballots. At a minimum, they should promptly
address any chapters reporting that they have not received their ballots.
