[Chapter-delegates] Hurricane Beryl

Thanks Sarah for sharing the funding for our Resiliency Program and thanks
Luis for your guidance. I don't know if this works or is the best approach,
but in my mind if we can develop a standard suite of resilience support
kits and reach out proactively to chapters in areas/countries that are
often in risk of similar disasters, for future preparation, would that be a
worthwhile program to start? Some chapters may know what they need to do,
some may not. Or some chapters (NYC? Thanks Stuart for your input!) or
several together may step up and apply for foundation funding to set up
such kits and share/benefit others??

Just wondering...
