[Chapter-delegates] Friendly Reminder: Chapter communication functionality in the new AMS (Fonteva) - Action needed by 15 Nov!

Thanks.
No matter what date I choose (for this position or any other new 
position), it defaults the end date to Dec. 31, 2023.
