[Chapter-delegates] Final Reminder!: Update Chapter's Records for Year-End Performance Evaluations by 14 November 2022

Dear Colleagues,

This is our final reminder to please update your chapter's records (activities, elections, ChAC<https://www.internetsociety.org/chapters/chapters-advisory-council/list-of-representatives/> Representative, documents, …) via the AMS/Chapter Portal<https://admin.internetsociety.org/622619/User/Login> before 14 November 2022. The AMS/Chapter guide is available here<https://portal.internetsociety.org/622619/Documents/en-us/fc71c5f8-88d4-4a18-8c32-4b35cdade386/1/>. A draft evaluation report per chapter will be produced on 23 November 2022.

The performance evaluations help identify the areas in which the chapters need most support to improve (e.g., engagement, outreach, governance, etc.), and to receive Badge Awards reflecting their successes by the end of the year.

The year-end evaluations will present new “standing status” and new badges according to the evaluation results. The level of Badge Awards has an impact on the amount of chapter Admin Funding that your chapter can apply for in 2023.
