[Chapter-delegates] What should ISOC's future goals be? How can we work toward achieving them as ISOC Chapters?

Hi.
I was hopeful that you haven’t talked to lawyers :)
But I can’t stop thinking how a chapter had some issues, because their
legislation was changed after the fact of them getting funding for a great
cause: translating the IETF journal in their language. This noble cause
turned out to be liability at some point.
Perhaps chapters can provide ideas, based on their respected national
legislation, instead of trying to figure it out from Reston, Virginia, so
let’s see what they say.
For the record — we don’t have such a problem in Bulgaria, so I speak from
piece of information we’ve heard in our chapter about other chapters.
