John,
Since this topic becomes like an old recording, perhaps you could go an
look into the archives, and see what folks wrote about the elections of
the Board few years ago. Pay attention to Keith Davidson email. Keith
was chair of the ISOC NomCom for 3 years, and during his time the NomCom
managed to achieve gender equality, and had every continent represented
on the ISOC Board. You were part of this discussion and even emailed
once; check emails in your inbox with %subject "Nomcom and elections",
from April 2020.
Hope that this will answer your concern.
As for the 2020 elections, which you keep on bringing up over and over
again, I won't get tired of reminding you that the chapters have elected
4 Trustees, 3 of which are not from the US. Hopefully you are asking the
same question not only to the chapters, but to the org members and the
IETF, and you will provide us with feedback so that we know why *they*
did not take diversity into account.
