Since this topic becomes like an old recording, perhaps you could
go an look into the archives, and see what folks wrote about the
elections of the Board few years ago. Pay attention to Keith
Davidson email. Keith was chair of the ISOC NomCom for 3 years,
and during his time the NomCom managed to achieve gender equality,
and had every continent represented on the ISOC Board. You were
part of this discussion and even emailed once; check emails in
your inbox with %subject "Nomcom and elections", from April 2020.
Hope that this will answer your concern.
As for the 2020 elections, which you keep on bringing up over and
over again, I won't get tired of reminding you that the chapters
have elected 4 Trustees, 3 of which are not from the US. Hopefully
you are asking the same question not only to the chapters, but to
the org members and the IETF, and you will provide us with
feedback so that we know why they did not take diversity
      into account.
While that wouldn't hurt, I don't see the point.

I can say from experience that recent nominations committees are very
aware of diversity issues and consider them when selecting a slate.
If you look at the slates they have nominated in recent years, that
should be self-evident.

I do wish that someone would engage with my question about the 2020
election, though. What is the value of presenting a slate of diverse
candidates if the voters don't want to vote for them?

R's,
John
