[Chapter-delegates] Reminder!: Update Chapter Records for Year-End Performance Evaluations

Dear Muswagha,

Thank you for your question.

In preparing chapter records for the evaluations, chapters should ensure that submitted chapter activities and elections are up to date. As normal, there must be references for these provided in the chapter record to confirm that the activities/elections took place.

When adding future activities (including those added after 16 November), these may count as part of the chapter’s “plan of upcoming activities shared”. We are unable to consider approving future-focused activities as “mission related” until they are carried out.

Please note that chapters may update additional activities/elections as completed during the review period<https://isoc.app.box.com/file/865285199304?s=wf2t03b7ma6i946dsuucuuj81metmbl3> (23 Nov – 5 Dec 2021) of the chapter performance evaluation and they will be considered in the final evaluation report.

We have events planned all November (with some after the 16th November) and also in December 2021.

Shall we already list them on AMS although they did not happen yet?

Would they be taken into accoint in the evaluation?

The performance evaluations help identify the areas in which the chapters need most support to improve (e.g. engagement, outreach, governance, etc.), and to receive Badge Awards reflecting their successes by the end of the year.
