[Chapter-delegates] Good examples of Internet Society Chapter bylaws

Siva,
this should be only done by people, who are familiar with the laws in
India. At ISOC Bulgaria we hired a professional lawyer, and we still use
her services, as there are constantly small things, changes in the laws,
etc., which need to be adjusted.
