[Chapter-delegates] Good examples of Internet Society Chapter bylaws

Dear Veni,
Thank you, we will follow your advice on adjusting the bylaws to local
laws. However the problems experienced recently related to quorum in voting
etc., which pertain to generic clauses, it would be useful to look at
examples of a few other Chapters, if their bylaws are published documents.
The generic clauses such as quorum, voting, definition of roles and
responsibilities etc. are globally common, or at least most of these
elements are of a non-geographic nature.
