[Chapter-delegates] Gentle reminder: Please check your Chapter's draft performance evaluation reports by 20 January (noon UTC)!

Dear Colleagues,

This is a gentle reminder to review your Chapters’ and SIGs’ draft Chapter performance evaluation reports via the Chapter Portal. This is the last chance to make updates to these reports and add missing information to your Chapter’s records.

The deadline for completing the updates via the Chapter Portal is Monday, 20 January, at noon (12:00) UTC.

The reports will then be finalised early next week and the Chapter status of the evaluation will then be reflected on the overall status of the Chapter/SIG. In order to be marked as “in good standing” and in order to be eligible for badges under Part 2 of the evaluations, all criteria under Part 1 must be met.

This is how you can find the draft evaluations:

- Log into the Chapter Portal<https://admin.internetsociety.org/622619/User/Login>
- Choose your Chapter under "My Chapters and Special Interest Groups (SIG)"

Once you’re on your Chapter Dashboard, do the following:
- click on "My Chapter Profile"
- then click on the "Evaluations" tab there
- under "Chapter/SIG Evaluations History", look for the "January 2020" round & click on "View"
- this will bring you to the draft evaluation report

The deadline for any additional updates is 19 Jan 2020.

After this date, the reports will be finalised and the Chapters' status will officially be updated according to the results (as either "in good standing" or "in pre-rejuvenation"). The badges attributed under Part 2 of this round of the evaluations will be valid for one year.

If your Chapter is marked as "in pre-rejuvenation" following this round of evaluations, your Regional Community Engagement Manager will work with you to address the points that were hindering the Chapter from being marked as in good standing in order to bring the Chapter up to speed again within a three months timeframe.
