Hi Christine,

I am just looking at this in my position as Admin for the Accessibility
SIG, and am confused by a couple of points.

1) It says "Chapters have to meet ALL 5 criteria listed below in order to
be considered as a Chapter "In Good Standing"."

However there are 7 criteria. So is it 5 of 7, or all 7?

2) As a SIG that was recognized in April this year, after filing our
bylaws etc, I'm a little surprised to find the one criterion we do fail on
is "up-to-date documents", especially since they are prominently posted on
our website. https://www.a11ysig.org/wiki/Bylaws. It's a little
disheartening to find ourselves in 'pre-rejuvention' when we've only just
been born!

3) In the Scoring Details, item 2, for which we receive 0 points, is
"Regional Call Participation". This is difficult nigh impossible for SIGs
as we don't get notice of regional calls. Despite this, via Chapter
connections, we have in fact participated in calls from two regions. Does
this not count? How should this work? SIGs have regional activities,

4) Scoring details, item 5. "Participated to the Chapter AC SC Election".
According to our AC rep we were not eligible. How can we get these points?

I suspect we are not the only SIG with such concerns.
