[Chapter-delegates] CHAC Steering Committee Elections - Vote Now!

     Joly, i think they're deprecating the old mailman lists. We requested one 
months ago, and were instead offered a Connect list/forum. Since Connect wasn't 
what we wanted, we haven't heard from them since.
