[Chapter-delegates] ISOC @ ICANN 61

Hi,

what lowers ISOC's participation stature in the ICANN environment is lack
of adhesion to principles (if it happens), lack of coherence among
representatives/members (if it happens), and low quality of contributions
(if it happens.)

I fully agree with others that a SIG is not the only option, maybe not even
the best; but then, we must make ourselves responsible for coordination
among... our very own selves!
