[Chapter-delegates] membership system feedback

I think that comment is a bit harsh.  Server errors like this happen all
the time on all systems and rarely have anything to do with the coding,
more likely server resources.  No one writes code for websites from scratch
anymore.  Everyone uses CMS's or similar which produce the actual code.
These are invariably more cumbersome than hand-written code can be, but
allow developers to accomplish more.  I've hand-written web systems, and
used Drupal and Wordpress, and would never go back to hand-coding.  It is
true that Microsoft systems are far from ideal compared with something like
Apache, and Windows memory management is far from ideal for web server
applications, but it is a widely deployed technology so decisions to use it
do not show poor technical knowledge.
