gracias por este envío. Comento a título personal:
La historia del capítulo en Colombia ha sido particularmente complicada y
los esfuerzos para constituirlo de nuevo, después de su disolución hace
muchos años, variados y no siempre exitosos. Es una buena noticia que
finalmente un grupo que incluye a personas de reconocida valía e interés
por Internet logre hacer esta propuesta.
La comunidad Internet en Colombia es fuerte y diversa, con mucha tradición
en la región, y en parte en consecuencia de ello la propuesta no está
exenta de riesgos, algunos importantes. Espero que, de ser aprobada, cuente
con un acompañamiento intenso de toda nuestra comunidad para que pueda
restablecerse en forma robusta y que sirva a los mejores intereses del
desarrollo de Internet. La transparencia, la visibilidad al interior y al
exterior, y una actividad colaborativa intensa con otros capítulos son
algunas de las garantías de que la historia dé un giro hacia ciclos
virtuosos en esta nueva fundación. Todos debemos cooperar para ello.
