- Absolutely: I am certain that someone will be along shortly to provide 
further info/answers as per usual. As the upgrading of the membership 
management portal was a topic that was raised a few weeks ago on the 
list, I wanted to be sure it didn't fall by the wayside. I wanted to 
raise the issue of chapter surveys as I don't recall having seen such a 
thing over the last 2.5 years and thought it may be a useful tool for 
both Chapters/ISOC and perhaps such a thing is already on ISOC's radar.
