[Chapter-delegates] Membership Management and Surveys

Hi there,


I can't actually answer either of these questions, but I do wish to be crystal clear about something: every ISOC staff member I've ever spoken to takes very seriously input from chapters and that relationship more generally. I am also myself deeply committed to making sure that the chapter system is strong and well-supported.  I want these questions to be answered to everyone's satisfaction.


Particularly because of Todd's departure from ISOC, as well as the transition in the CEO office, I hope everyone will forgive me if I miss something during the handover.  Please feel free to hold me to account if I do.  In particular, if you don't get answers to these questions in time for any resulting changes, please hit me up to make sure I haven't missed anything.

Hi all,

I'm not sure who to direct these two questions to so I'm throwing them
out here in the hope that the right person will jump in and provide more
details:

- Todd mentioned that a new membership management portal is in the works
(AMS project/Membernova). He noted that the ChAC was given a
presentation about this and that ISOC is moving ahead with
implementation. Where can I find details regarding this? Is this
presentation online somewhere? What are the expected implementation
timelines? Were the Chapters surveyed about their needs for membership
management? Can the ChAC provide more insight (perhaps it was discussed
in a ChAC call that I missed)?

- Chapters survey: does ISOC ever conduct surveys to gather feedback,
from Chapters, on the support/communication/tools etc it provides to the
Chapters?
